At Homecrest, we are dedicated to empowering young people in our community by offering a range of year-round opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Through the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP), we provide youth ages 16-24 with valuable work experiences each summer. Due to the high demand, participants are selected through a random drawing and attend a career fair to explore various career paths. Those interested in working with Homecrest are then invited for an orientation and begin their summer roles at our centers.

We also offer a Youth Leadership Program during the fall and spring, designed to build leadership skills and build civic engagement. This program includes community service projects, team-building activities, and mentorship opportunities, all aimed at helping youth grow into strong, confident leaders. By combining work experience with hands-on learning and service, we are empowering the next generation of leaders to make a lasting impact.
