Through the Health Insurance Information, Counseling, and Assistance Program (HIICAP), we help Medicare beneficiaries navigate complex healthcare options, ensuring they maximize their benefits. Our counselors provide clear, informed guidance on Medicare Part D prescription coverage, Medicare Advantage Plans, supplemental insurance, long-term care insurance, Low-Income Subsidy programs, and the Medicare Savings Program—empowering clients to make confident healthcare decisions.

Beyond benefits assistance, case counselors offer personalized support for daily challenges, including managing mail, keeping track of appointments, organizing daily activities, and addressing personal or family concerns.
