About Us

Homecrest Community Services, Inc. (HCS) is a non-profit, IRS 501C(3) which provide community-based, multi-social services for older adults and immigrant families living in Southern Brooklyn.

Mission

Our mission is to help the Asian American immigrant community and other disadvantaged persons to thrive through advocacy, civic engagement, and collaborating in partnerships.

Our Community

HCS operates two community centers, one in Sheepshead Bay and another in Bensonhurst. Sheepshead Bay boasts a friendly neighborhood dotted with banks, schools, local bakeries, and clinics. Our center here is based in the Homecrest Presbyterian Church with over 100 years of history. Ever since our founding in 1997, we have been proud to support these wondrously diverse communities.

In Bensonhurst, our center is across the street from New Utrecht High School and is also in the vicinity of many restaurants, supermarkets, and convenient transportation. A spacious center inside fosters cultural exchange. For over two decades, we welcomed people of all backgrounds with open arms.
